Job Description:
Legal Associate (Conveyancing)To attend signings (Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan Agreements)
To advise bank on release of facilities
To supervise clerk(s) on preparation of documents
Clerk (Conveyancing)To prepare sale and purchase agreement and ancillary documents/letters
To prepare loan documentations and ancillary documents/letters
Qualifications and Requirements:
Legal Associate (Conveyancing)PQE: 1 year in active practice
Meticulous
Hardworking, organised and responsible
Fluent in written and spoken English
Ability to converse in other languages is an advantage
Clerk (Project)Minimum 1 year experience as project clerk
Clerk (Subsale)Minimum 3 years experience as subsale clerk#J-18808-Ljbffr
