Job Description:
Experienced Conveyancing Lawyer (1 - 3 years experience)
Senior Conveyancing Lawyer (3 - 5 years experience or more)
Handling general conveyancing and probate matters.
Liaising, attending, communicating, and advising parties which include clients, bankers, agents, developers, etc.
Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, and update work progress/status to all relevant parties.
Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as required.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Salary (up to 5k): To commensurate with ability and experience.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Recognised academic and professional qualifications for law practice in Malaysia;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Written and spoken proficiencies in English, Malay, and Mandarin;
Meticulous;
Tech savvy;
Diligent, responsible, and good work ethics;
Willingness to do PR;
