Legal Associate (Shared Services)

Job Description Open Position: Legal Associate A reputable Shared Services company is actively seeking to hire a Legal Associate to be part of their team to be based in their Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: ·          Minimum 2 years of experience as legal associate or corporate secretarial support.
·          To manage and update all company templates and policies to ensure they are up to date and in line with the company's plans, goals, and requirements for day-to-day activities.
·          Responsible to look after the corporate governance affairs across the group's entities in multiple jurisdictions.
·          Responsible for corporate records, including resolutions, board of director changes, annual reports and etc.
·          Responsible for legal review all contracts, agreement as well as preparing communications letters to various stakeholders, partners and customers.
·          Proactive and driven to work independently as well as able to work as a team.
·          Proficiency in both writing and speaking of English language with proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
