Assist in legal and compliance matters for the Group of Companies, including preparing, proofreading, and managing legal documents and contracts.
Ensure agreements are executed and stamped within required timeframes.
Maintain and organize comprehensive property records, ensuring accessibility, security, and compliance through regular updates and audits.
Review and manage tenancy agreements to ensure compliance, timely renewals, and proper execution, including stamping within required timeframes.
Support the development and implementation of legal policies, processes, and compliance measures.
Aid in contract negotiations to minimize risk and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Maintain and update filing systems and databases for legal, property, and compliance records.
Monitor legislative updates and support the business in adapting to new regulations.
Ensure timely renewals of agreements, licenses, and other legal documents.
Perform other tasks assigned by the superior as needed.
Job-Related Experience & Knowledge:
A minimum 3 years' experience in legal firm as legal administration role/function.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin (added advantage).
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
Basic knowledge on legal documentation.
Possess good drafting, research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education:
Minimum Diploma in Secretarial, Law, administration or its equivalent.
