Manage regulatory affairs.
Handle corporate and commercial contracts and legal risk management.
Deliver training on ethics, legal, and compliance matters.
Address compliance violations and conduct internal investigations if needed.
Prepare reports on legal and compliance activities.
Oversee litigation and dispute resolution.
About the Requirements
Bachelor's in Law, called to the Malaysian BAR.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Experience in the construction or developer industry is preferred.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
