ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and support on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, contracts, employment law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
Manage and resolve legal disputes and litigation.
Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Advise senior management on legal matters and potential risks.
Support the company's business development activities by providing legal insights and guidance.
QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of experience in a legal counsel role or similar position.
Degree in Law.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High ethical standards and professional integrity.
