You are invited to **deposit your resumes with us** and our recruiters shall reach out to you to discuss more.**Work location**:Johor Bahru**What do we have for you?**- Bonuses, incentives & increments- 5 days' work - enjoy work-life balance**What you will do?**- Provide legal guidance across various business functions.- Draft, review, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts.- Assist in M&A and other corporate transactions.- Evaluate and facilitate the selection of overseas lawyers for contracts, addressing legal issues during execution.- Manage legal affairs for the company, offering consultations and solutions to legal inquiries, ensuring lawful and compliant business operations.- Communicate with partnering law firms and local government entities, providing guidance for compliant operations.**Requirements**:- Minimum 1 years PQE and be called to the Bar.- Work experience in law firm- Regional and M&A exposure.- **Flexible to accommodate unconventional business travel schedules.****What you'll get in return**- Competitive remuneration package.
