Legal Executive (Contract)

Responsibilities:
Proof-read, draft, review contracts and negotiate internally & externally.
Raise contracts approval in legal system and liaise with internal lawyer - HQ & RHQ.
Ensure the contracts are legally binding - Sign & Stamp.
Liaise with Government bodies/local authorities, external lawyers, outsource vendors, internal managers, building management.
Raise internal approval related to administrative tasks.
Filing and retrieval of agreements/legal documentation.
Liaise with Company Secretary & other departments on the related secretarial documents.
Handle KPDNKK Tribunal Claim with relevant authorities and departments.
Complete Ad Hoc jobs assigned by management.
Requirements:
Qualification - Bachelor of Law from Local Universities or from UK.
Must have experience as a paralegal in a law firm or legal affairs in the private sector.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Possess own vehicle (preferable).
