Legal Executive

**Responsibilities**:- To provide legal services and advice to internal stakeholders.- To handle tenancy matters.- To draft, review and vet all internal and external contracts, documents and agreements related to the Group.- To assist the department on any ad-hoc legal tasks.- To manage dispute resolution matters including consumer tribunal claims, court cases and labour related matters.- To assist the corporate secretarial matters of the Group.- To conduct legal research and monitor compliance of regulatory and statutory update.- To liaise with external party such as landlord, lawyers and company secretary to complete the task assigned.- To assist the Head of Department.**Requirements**:- Degree in Law or any relevant qualifications. No requirement for CLP.- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience on handling legal matters.- Self-motivated individuals with the ability to learn and develop independently in a fast paced environment.- Strong in problem-solving skills and good team player with good communications skills.- Good command of both English/ Malay languages.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday
