Legal Executive

Job Description - To communicate with external lawyers on preparation of legal documents for land acquisition/disposal like sale and purchase agreement, share sale agreement, loan agreements and such other related agreements.
- To research and provide latest development on Legal/Banking/Finance matters.
- Maintaining office files and records related to Legal/Banking/Finance matters for safe keeping.
-To prepare monthly report for management on company related Legal/ Banking /Finance matters. 
- To assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating variety of contracts,agreements, and legal documents ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
-Liaising with Bankers for corporate loans of the company. 
-To follow up with all the related parties and oversee the entire process up to the completion of the company loan transaction.
-To liaise with the Company Secretary on preparation of the relevant resolution in respect of all relevant transactions.
- to provide legal advice arising from all operational matters.
- liaise with litigation lawyers on any legal dispute or suit in respect of the company.
Additional  - Written and spoken good English.
-Able to work under pressure.
-Able to Multi task.
-Creative in problem solving.
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification Diploma/ Degree - Law
