Legal Executive

Job Descriptions:
To provide legal advice & assistance to the company in all legal, operational and contractual matters.
Reviewing and drafting contracts.
Conducting legal research and keeping abreast of all applicable laws relating to the company's operations and advising accordingly to coincide with any appropriate subsequent legal changes.
Managing litigation files.
Liaising with fellow professionals on behalf of JCL, e.g. lawyers, auditors, and government officers.
Assisting/leading in the conducting of legal awareness study group sessions and drafting standard operating procedures for regulatory compliance.
Conducting regular internal audits to ensure all procedures are in accordance with the up-to-date regulations.
Organising and maintaining all legal and audit correspondence appropriately.
