Support Kasagi Labo's legal team in a variety of areas, gaining experience in corporate secretarial work, intellectual property, data privacy, securities law and general corporate commercial matters while contributing to impactful projects that help drive the anime industry forward.

; Requirements:- Key Responsibilities


-Assist in corporate secretarial and corporate commercial work for ongoing projects


-Provide support to cross-functional teams to expand Kasagi Labo's IP portfolio


-Participate in acquisitions, fund structuring and compliance work


-Research developments in tech law, including blockchain, tokens and digital rights


-Assist with document management 
You Have


-Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law.


-Strong interest in applying legal knowledge in a thriving anime business.


-Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.


-High attention to detail and an organized approach to managing documents and processes.
