As a Legal Intern, you will assist with executing the roles and responsibilities of a Recognized Market Operator (RMO) licensed by the Securities Commission (SC).
Throughout the internship, you will gain the experience of serving specific legal functions of an RMO that deals with the realm of alternative financing for locally incorporated companies in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities as a Legal Intern Drafting documents and reports pertaining to Issuers and Investors.
Reviewing legal documents, including legal agreements, letters and announcements provided by the Issuers.
Internal and external stakeholder communications concerning ECF companies.
Contract management and data management related to the ECF companies.
Assist in completing ad hoc tasks as and when required.
Experience and Qualifications An undergraduate or a current student of a tertiary law programme Proficient in the English language and the Malay language Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Google Suite programs (Word, Excel, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.)
