Legal Manager

About the company: Our client, the largest public bus provider in Johor, was established with the aim of delivering an efficient and sustainable public transport system for the community.
Responsibilities: Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents Preparation and facilitate corporate legal matters Provide legal advice on issues that arose from operations to the management and assess the impact of such issues on business Liaise with external solicitors for advice and representation  Participate in private and government project tender activities Assist directors and managers on all other aspects Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Law or equivalent experience in a related field.
Admitted to the bar At least 5 years of experience in legal practice and/or in-house Familiar with Malaysia law and Singapore law Strong negotiation and drafting skills with attention to details Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Bahasa Malaysia Consultant in-charge: Patma | 012 341 8245 | ******
