Legal Manager

Act as in-house counsel to provide legal advice to all business units for the Company Prepare and assist in drafting, preparing, and reviewing various commercial agreements, including standard and non-standard commercial contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners. Monitor and maintain legal database and secure filing system for all company legal documents, contracts, property titles, intellectual property applications, and related documents for the Company Conduct necessary legal research to keep abreast of applicable laws and regulations. Support the company in developing and maintaining company policies and processes on legal matters. Become a focal point and assist external lawyers and companies in litigation, arbitration, mediation or other disputes with courts, government agencies, or other legal authorities. Assist the HR Department in any Industrial Relations (IR) issues to ensure compliance with employment laws. Any other duties and assignments as assigned by the superior or Management.
