Librarian Admin

**Job Description and Responsible**- Collect and catalog library resources including books, films, and publications.- Assist in location reference and leisure reading materials.- Maintain library records and ensure they are updated.- Perform regular audits of the information and inventory on file.- Educate patrons on utilising the library databases and resources- Manage budgeting, planning, and employee activities.- Oversee the checkout process for books and other resource materials.- Clarify the use of library amenities and provide information about library policies.**Requirements**:- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Words- Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia**Benefit & Others**:- Medical, Parking, Regular hours, Monday - Fridays.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Salary**: RM1,036.17 - RM3,099.83 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
