Lifestyle Manager (Spa Manager)

**Responsibilities**:- Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.- Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new clients.- Professionally represent the company to the public.- Carry out beauty treatments with care and follow company's standard.- Equipped with knowledge about the variety of spa services in the market ranging from body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure.- Promote and sell products suitable for client's needs.- Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations.- Determine and knowledgeable on any promotion/product launches or any new happening.- Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products.- Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Spa Manager.- Strong administrative and organization skills- Familiarity in sales will be considered an asset.- Good knowledge of English language.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Positive attitude.- User level computer skills.
