Line Leaders

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the smooth running of the production line.
Lead, supervise, and manage a team of operators to achieve targeted production output and quality specifications.
Monitor and follow up on production progress against the production plan.
Ensure the production plan is aligned with materials to maximize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, work procedures, and safety regulations.
Monitor and manage subordinates' attendance and discipline, providing necessary counseling and guidance.
Assist the Production Manager with daily operational tasks and work improvement initiatives.
