Description
Training Development: Create and update training materials and programs tailored to specific processes and equipment used in the plant.
Conduct Training Sessions: Facilitate hands-on training sessions for new and existing employees on process line operations, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
Assess Training Needs: Evaluate the training needs of employees and develop customized training plans to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor Performance: Observe and assess employee performance during training and on the job to ensure competency and adherence to standards.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all training includes a strong emphasis on safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Documentation: Maintain records of training sessions, employee progress, and assessments to ensure compliance and track development.
Collaboration: Work closely with management, engineers, and safety personnel to align training with operational goals and safety standards.
Assist the department in assigning and tracking OJT program compliance by newly joined operators.
Conduct Assessment: Assist and co-assess in conducting assessments for new staff confirmation, field operators, panel operators, and trainees.
Assist WPL in organizing new panelman assessments together with TA/senior panelman.
Turnaround Support: Support turnaround requirements by upgrading staff in handling turnaround tasks and facilitating knowledge transfer.
PECAS+: Be part of the PECAS+ task force to share knowledge, motivation, and provide references for any related issues on plant operations and PECAS+.
Team Advisor: Serve as a reference for general issues related to plant operations, troubleshooting during plant upsets, or new operator development.
Requirements
Minimum five (5) years of experience in any technical/non-technical field, subject to COMPANY requirements.
Ability to prepare and produce reports and provide advice on any technical/non-technical matters.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office, SAP ECC6, etc.
Excellent interpretation of drawings/sketches/diagrams and strong time management skills.
Degree in a relevant field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
