Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Lawyer :
a) To handle SPA and loans files for direct purchase with Developer and sub-sales;
b) To handle perfection of transfer and charge or discharge matter;
c) Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time;
2. Litigation Lawyer :
a) To handle litigation matters.
b) Able to attend court matters independently, skilled drafting, preparing cause papers.
c) Good drafting and research skills.
3. Team Leadership :
• Attend, participate, and represent the firm at business-related event or association, developing and generating business in line with the Firm's KPIs.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-through on issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a lawyer, emphasizing legal matters.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Proficient in both written and spoken language.
• Positive attitude, responsibility and reliability
• Ability to work independently, meeting deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Own personal transport
