Job Description:

Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Associate/Lawyer
Key Responsibilities:
File Management - Maintain organized and up-to-date case files and documentation. Monitor and strictly adhere to all court dates, filing deadlines, and appointment schedules.
Legal Practice - Handle a diverse range of employment, commercial and litigation matters. Prepare and draft legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Research and Analysis - Conduct thorough legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents.
Client Relations - Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and maintaining strong relationships. Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risks with clarity and precision.
Team Collaboration - Work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education - Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university and admitted to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
Experience - 1-2 years of post-qualified experience in legal practice and possesses experience or strong interest in employment law and general litigation.
Language Skills - Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

Detail Oriented - Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and legal analysis.
Time Management - Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.

Litigation Clerk
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management - Ensure organized, up-to-date filing and efficient document handling, both physically and electronically. Timely updates and accurate record-keeping are essential to support our fast-paced environment.
Court Processes - Assist with preparing documents for court submissions, managing filing deadlines, and ensuring smooth coordination for filings and service of documents.
Administrative Support - Handle daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, answering client queries, and liaising with external parties to keep things moving seamlessly.
Team Assistance - Work closely with the litigation team to prepare for cases, assisting with document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and indexing for hearings and trials.
Client Support - Engage professionally with clients, assisting them with document collection and other inquiries.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education - Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. Additional certifications in office administration or legal studies are a plus.
Experience - While prior experience in a legal or support role is an advantage, we are primarily looking for a candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Language Skills - Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Professional Skills:
Attention to Detail - Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all tasks, especially important in litigation support.
Organizational Skills - Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring an orderly and effective workflow.
