Job Description:
Litigation Associate & Pupil in Chambers
- Our firm is seeking to fill positions for both Litigation Associates and Pupils in Chambers. We are looking for associates who have been recently admitted to the bar with at least one (1) year of experience in litigation matters, as well as pupils recently completed their studies.
- Exposure to handle various kind of civil commercial litigation works including legal research and analysis, document drafting and review, client interaction, attending trial and hearings.
- Associates will work directly under the guidance of a senior litigation lawyer.
- Candidates with experience in specialized areas of practice, such as shipping, taxation, and intellectual property disputes, will be given preferential consideration.
Conveyancing Associate
- Preparing & attending to legal documents for subsales, loans, discharge of charge, perfection of transfer and charge and other convenyancing matter.
- Expect to liaise with clients, agents, bank officers and government officers
- Attending to signings, correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
For Litigation Associate & Pupil in Chambers
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with procedural rules and compliance.
- Ability to work effectively both independently (not applicable for Pupil in Chambers position) and as part of a collaborative team
Conveyancing Associate
- Dedicated and responsible towards his/her job;
- Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin, Malay & English languages;
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude;
- Able to work independently with minor supervision
- Fresh graduates and newly admitted lawyers are encouraged to apply
- Able to commence work as soon as possible will be an added advantage.
