Litigation ClerkJob Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated Litigation Clerk to ensure smooth running of the office and effective case management.
Experience in Personal Injury Claim matters will be an added plus.Responsibilities:
(i) Assisting lawyers in preparing legal related documents, filing and service of court documents;
(ii) Assisting lawyers in managing the legal team's schedules, including arranging meetings, court hearings, and client appointments;
(iii) Liaising with clients and all relevant authorities;
(iv) Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail;
(v) Performing clerical and administrative duties and any ad hoc tasks.Qualifications and Requirements:
(i) At least 3 years working experience handling personal injury claim matters;
(ii) Familiarity with Malaysian court procedures and document filing system;
(iii) Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
(iv) Responsible, punctual, committed, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
(v) Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment, polite, well-mannered with a positive working attitude;
(vi) Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa (additional languages are a plus);
