Litigation Lawyer

Key Responsibilities 1) Handle general litigation, civil banking, commercial and contractual disputes2)To prepare submissions, affidavits and other pleadings 3)To conduct Hearings and Full Trials at all Courts independently 4)To attend to other assignments given by superiors Key Requirements 1) At least 5PQE (in active practice) 2) Manage time well and meet deadlines 3) Must have strong drafting and research skills 4) Good command of English and Malay language (able to speak and read Mandarin is an added advantage) 5) Able to handle clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented 6) Able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player 7) Collaborate with team members and provide legal support as required.
