Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Live Chat Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, candidates with at least 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and confident, with strong adaptability and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through live chat support
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem-solving
- Utilize empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Experience with live chat platforms is a plus
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and situations
- Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia
