Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resilient Live Chat Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with clients.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to their concerns.- Assist customers with navigating the company website, resolving technical issues, and processing orders.- Work closely with other team members to escalate complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.- Utilize persuasion skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services.- Make informed decisions to provide the best possible customer experience.- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding data security and customer confidentiality.- Collaborate with various departments to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements:- At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.- Resilient and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.- Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.- Proficient in using live chat software and basic computer applications.- Ability to make quick decisions and resolve issues efficiently.- Persuasion skills to drive sales and meet targets.- Soft skills in decision-making and problem-solving.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
