Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Assistant to join our team at IHH Healthcare Berhad. This is a part-time, work from home position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing customer support through live chat on our website. This role requires a confident and passionate individual who possesses strong analytical skills and is able to cooperate effectively with team members.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat on our website.2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.3. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.4. Analyze customer data and feedback to improve the overall customer experience.5. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and procedures.6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company.7. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or related role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.5. Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service.6. Ability to cooperate and work well with team members.7. Flexible working hours and availability to work evenings and weekends.8.
