Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia and is open to remote work.

As the Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat system to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a team of live chat agents, monitoring chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the live chat system, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for live chat agents, monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the live chat function, and collaborating with other departments to optimize the use of live chat as a communication channel.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 8 years of experience in a customer service or contact center environment, with a strong background in managing live chat systems. You should possess excellent communication skills, be resourceful, and have a high level of energy to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong project management skills and creativity are also essential for this role.
