**Job Summary**We are looking for **Live chat agents** to support our cryptocurrency / Electric appliances projects. Seeking someone who can start working immediately for a leading Experience solution company in Malaysia.**Requirements**:- Must be able to read, write, and speak in Mandarin and English.- Age between 18 years old to 35 years old.- Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Familiarity with the Cryptocurrency industry is a plus.- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.- Multi-tasking abilities.- Patience when handling tough cases.- Able to work with rotational shifts and midnight shifts.- Have stable internet connection at home- 1 year contract (renewable)- Inbound Live chat, no calls.- Training period is between 1-2 weeks**Benefits**- Fully WFH after training period (2weeks)- Basic Salary: RM2800 to RM3500 (based on experience)- KPI Allowance: RM200 (based on performance)- Night Shift Allowance: RM200 (based on pro-rated days work on night shift)**Salary**: Up to RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Night shift- Rotational shift**Experience**:- Customer support: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- read and write mandarin (required)
