**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Provide timely assistance and solutions to customer inquiries through live chat, ensuring a positive and supportive experience.
- Offer clear and concise information on products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.

- **Problem Resolution:**
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or appropriate departments when necessary, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback within our CRM system.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of live chat processes and scripts based on customer feedback and interaction analytics.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient approach to customer service.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss strategies for improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends to enhance service quality.
- Attend training sessions to continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to navigate various software platforms; experience with live chat software is an advantage but not required.
