### **Key Responsibilities**

- **Customer Interaction:**
- Engage with customers via live chat, providing prompt and accurate responses to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by managing expectations and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Actively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, leveraging product and service knowledge to deliver effective solutions.
- Escalate complex inquiries to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up until resolution.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback, common inquiries, and service performance metrics to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members to share information and resources, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and best practices.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Provide insight and feedback on common customer challenges and potential enhancements to internal processes and systems.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of customer service protocols, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

### **Requirements**

- **Education & Experience:**
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, with a focus on live chat or digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems.
- Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Independent: Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Hardworking: Demonstrates a strong work ethic and dedication to achieving team goals.
