**Job Description:**

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru. As a part-time Live Chat Officer, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support and engagement through live chat channels. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our real estate offerings, ensuring that every chat interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Initiate and respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a prompt and professional manner.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage conversation and enhance satisfaction.

2. **Product Knowledge:**
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Eco World's product offerings, services, and ongoing projects to provide accurate information to customers.
- Stay updated on company news and industry trends to effectively handle diverse customer inquiries.

3. **Issue Resolution:**
- Actively listen to customer concerns and inquiries, addressing them with empathy and efficiency.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to provide immediate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms.
- Provide feedback to management regarding recurring issues or suggestions for improving the chat support process.

5. **Performance Tracking:**
- Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and transactions for further analysis and quality assurance.
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

6. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and overall professional development.
- Provide innovative suggestions for improving chat scripts, response strategies, and customer engagement practices.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields is a plus.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in online or live chat environments.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using live chat software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with other digital communication tools is advantageous.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer interactions.
- Resilient attitude, able to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong innovation skills to propose creative solutions for engaging customers.
