Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team at Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a related role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, reliable, innovative, and possess strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with account inquiries, website navigation, and general banking information.3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary.4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.5. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.7. Meet or exceed performance targets set by management.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.4. Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.6. Must be adaptable, reliable, innovative, and possess critical thinking skills.
