**Job Description:**

Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a dedicated and proficient Live Chat Representative to join our vibrant team in Johor Bahru. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service through live chat support, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in real-time. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and a passion for problem-solving.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:** Handle customer inquiries and support requests via live chat in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and accurate responses to clients.

- **Issue Resolution:** Identify customer issues, providing effective solutions or escalating more complex problems to the appropriate department while ensuring follow-up for closure.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers and answer inquiries accurately.

- **Communication:** Employ exceptional verbal and written communication skills to maintain clarity in interactions, ensuring customers fully understand solutions and services provided.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document interactions with customers in the CRM system, ensuring all details are recorded for future reference and tracking of common issues.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve processes and contribute to inventory and service enhancements reflecting customer needs.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to harmonize customer experiences and continuously optimize communication strategies.

- **Performance Improvement:** Set personal goals and take proactive measures to improve service delivery, regularly participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

### **Requirements:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably in live chat or digital communication environments.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using live chat tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Experience with ticketing systems would be an advantage.

- **Education:** A diploma or degree in communication, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- **Resourcefulness:** Demonstrated ability to find solutions independently and navigate complex inquiries, with a resourceful approach to problem-solving.

- **Confidence:** A confident demeanor to manage high-pressure situations or demanding customers while maintaining professionalism.

### **Soft Skills:**

- **Creativity:** Ability to think creatively to develop engaging communication strategies and creative solutions for customer inquiries.

- **Critical Thinking:** Strong analytical skills to assess situations, think critically, and make sound decisions based on customer needs and feedback.
