**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Engagement:**
- Initiate and maintain conversations with customers via live chat, ensuring a professional and friendly tone.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information about our products and services.

- **Problem Solving:**
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, guiding them through problem resolution while ensuring a satisfying experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.

- **Sales and Promotion:**
- Utilize persuasive communication skills to promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively to enhance customer understanding and drive sales.

- **Data Management:**
- Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, comments, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Monitor chat session metrics and report on trends or areas for improvement.

- **Collaboration:**
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop skills and share experiences.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide up-to-date information to customers.
- Contribute ideas for new procedures to enhance the efficiency of live chat services.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Ongoing education in communication, sales, or a related field is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service roles is an advantage.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident and energetic demeanor, able to approach challenges with enthusiasm.
- A positive attitude and the ability to manage stressful situations gracefully.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional persuasion skills with the ability to influence customer decisions.
