**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Ensure all communication reflects the values and brand voice of Eco World Development Group.
- **Problem Solving:** Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and technical questions efficiently. Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a strong understanding of Eco World Development Group's products, services, and processes to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- **Documentation:** Document customer interactions and feedback in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and comprehensive.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and chat handling time.
- **Collaboration:** Work alongside other team members and departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline processes. Share insights and suggestions for improving live chat services.
- **Continuous Learning:** Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- **Presentation Skills:** Occasionally assist in preparing customer-facing presentations or chat responses that are clear, informative, and visually engaging.
**Qualifications:**
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required. Relevant coursework or training in customer service or communications is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is advantageous, although training will be provided.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong presentation skills, cooperation, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- **Personality Traits:** Independent and reliable, with a proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
