Live Chat Specialist - Work From Home

Job Description:

UMW Holdings Berhad is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns through live chat.
2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and solve complex customer problems.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and helpful attitude during interactions.
6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible.

Requirements:
1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems.
6. Resourceful and able to work independently.
7. Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
