**LOCATION**:- KL Sentral (Reachable by Public Transport, LRT/ MRT)**JOB SCOPE**:- Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedback in a timely and accurate way.- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their travel related issues, bookings, reservations, ticketing, etc.- Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly.**REQUIREMENT**:- Excellent English and Mandarin communication (verbal & written) skills.- SPM and above or equivalent.- Background from the airlines/aviation/travel agency will be advantageous.**SALARY PACKAGE**:- Salary: Up to RM4,000 per month**WORKING HOURS**:- Monday-Sunday (24/7 rotational shift basis)- 5 working days & 2 days off (depending on shifts)- 9 hours working (8 hours working + 1 hour break)**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- May I know your expected salary?- Notice Period?
