About the roleAs a Live Host, you will be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time, providing exceptional customer service and driving new business opportunities.
This full-time position is an integral part of our sales and customer experience strategy.
What you'll be doing
Interacting with customers through live video or audio channels to understand their needs and provide customized solutions
Generating new leads and converting them into sales through effective communication and persuasive techniques
Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to educate customers and address their queries effectively
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging content and campaigns to attract potential customers
Providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with clients
Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics to continuously improve the customer experience
