Live Streaming Assistant (Shopee & Tiktok)

Responsibilities: Train, supervise, and schedule Live Streaming Host to their available time slot to go live or reschedule as and when needed. Work closely with Live Streaming Host on tracking, monitoring, and understanding live streaming performance through insights and analytics at any timeframe of work/shift. Implement standardized guidelines & procedures that will track and monitor adherence and performance. Share ideas with the Live Streaming Host on doing live streaming/videos creatively to attract the audience. Have an understanding of skincare and beauty products trend in the market. Any ad-hoc assignments assigned by superior Qualifications: Minimum one year with relevant experience, having E-Commerce / TikTok / Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point Possess minimum education level Diploma in any field Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia Good interpersonal and communication skills Have good knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products Able to work with minimum supervision Willing to work on a rotational shift basis (8am - 5pm / 1pm - 10pm / 5pm - 2am)
