About the role
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Live Streaming Host to join our dynamic marketing team at The Fleur Label Sdn Bhd. As a Live Streaming Host, you will be responsible for creating captivating and entertaining live stream content on popular platforms like TikTok, Shopee and Lazada. This is a full-time position based in Johor, offering the opportunity to be a key part of our growing e-commerce business.
What you'll be doing Develop and execute engaging live stream content strategies to drive customer engagement and sales on TikTok, Shopee and LazadaPerform live streams showcasing our products, sharing brand stories and interacting with the audience in a lively and captivating mannerCollaborate with the marketing team to align live stream content with broader marketing campaigns and initiativesMonitor live stream performance and audience feedback to continuously improve content and approachStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live streaming to ensure our content is cutting-edgeContribute to the creation of supporting content such as social media posts, product descriptions and promotional materialsWhat we're looking for Strong on-camera presence and the ability to engage audiences in a natural, relatable and entertaining mannerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with customers in real-timeCreativity and the ability to develop fresh, innovative live stream content ideasFamiliarity with popular live streaming platforms like TikTok, Shopee and LazadaUnderstanding of social media marketing and e-commerce best practicesPassion for fashion and a keen eye for style and trendsWhat we offer
