Revenue and Performance Responsibility: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for live streaming. Develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement. Optimize content and promotional activities to drive revenue growth. Conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management. 3. Operational Support: Assist the Operations Manager in planning and coordinating live streamingcampaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall business goals. Ensure proper setup and functionality of live streaming equipment and software. 4. Training and Development: Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance. 5. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of live streaming schedules and performance metrics Handle logistics and coordination for special events or promotions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to live streaming. Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field. Proven experience in eCommerce operations, live streaming, or digital marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in live streaming software and tools. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage point in order to deal with stakeholders from China. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience in managing eCommerce platforms and tools. Knowledge of social media trends and best practices. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
