About the role
HZXJM Trading Company SB' is seeking a talented Livestream Host(Shopee) to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and success of our online retail business, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce operations.
What we're doing
We have partnered with the brand YOOLE, which is establishing a presence in the Southeast Asian market and is dedicated to manufacturing high-quality products. Currently, we have expanded our brand and products to 5 countries: Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines. You can find us on 3 online platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok.
-Conduct live streaming sessions on our TikTok/Shepee channel to engage with our audience and promote our products.
-Grow viewership and engagement by leveraging live stream performance data for continuous improvement.
-Influence and suggest optimal product mixes for live streams, including pricing, promotions, and assortments.
-Plan, produce, Plan, produce, and host engaging live video content, ensuring consistency with the brand's voice and product messaging.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to create fresh content ideas for live streams and marketing video content across platforms.
-Coordinate with the customer service team to resolve post-live stream customer
-Ensure e-shop have up-to-date stock information and identify products that could sell better.
