Livestream Operation Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a Livestream Operations Manager to help organize and control our organisation activities. Execute live operations for TikTok and Shopee, including but not limited to standby during live sessions and providing technical help to ensure live sessions run properly. Add product selection cart, check and set promotion and stock. Responsible for the daily operation of the live room studio, covering but not limited to equipment monitors and adjustment before live. Brief and aid the host in monitoring incoming remarks to liven up the mood of the live session. Provide insights to important accounts on frequently requested topics or areas for development. Objectives of this role Manage relationships with influencers and merchants to ensure successful live streaming events. Provide influencers and merchants with training and guidance on live streaming best practices, as well as manage the day-to-day operation of live broadcasts to ensure high quality. Communicate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and sales to support live streaming initiatives. Monitor live streaming metrics and use data to guide operational improvements. Identify and recruit new influencers to join the platform.
