Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of the livestream division and ensures full supervision of the livestream hosts.Oversee the live selling sessions on various social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, ShopeeProvide product knowledge and support to customers during live sessions.Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the quality of the live sessions.Provide livestream training and product training to hosts.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet performance targets.Build analysis data and operation systems, conduct daily data statistics, regularly analyze user needs, and continuously adjust and optimize the livestreaming room style. Job Requirements Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, media production, advertising, business administration, or related field.Experience:
Proven experience in live streaming, video production, or a related field.Experience with live streaming platforms such as Tiktok, Shopee, YouTube Live, Instagram, Facebook Live, etc.Familiar with FMCG, such as cosmetics\makeup\skincare.Technical Skills:
Proficiency with streaming software and hardware (e.g., OBS, Wirecast, vMix, etc.).Strong understanding of video and audio production, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.Knowledge of networking and internet protocols related to live streaming.Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and coordination abilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Preferred Skills:
Experience with live event production and multi-camera setups.Familiarity with graphic design software for creating overlays and stream graphics.
