Livestream Operator Specialist

Job Responsibilities:Livestream account management:Oversee the day-to-day operations, schedule livestreaming sessions, coordinate with livestreaming hosts, monitor livestreaming quality.
Performance tracking:Track and analyze KPIs, develop and implement strategies to increase viewership and engagement, conduct performance reviews and generate reports for management.
Operational support:Assist the management in planning and coordinating livestreaming campaigns, collaborate with marketing and sales teams, ensure proper setup and functionality of livestreaming equipment and software.
Training and development:Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to live hosts to improve performance.
Administrative support:Maintain accurate records, handle logistics and coordination for special events or promotions.
Requirements:Hands-on experience with livestreaming equipment and software.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills to resolve real-time issues.
Ability to multitask.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Basic understanding of video production processes.
Familiarity with popular streaming platforms.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology or software.
Prefer with experience in managing eCommerce platforms and tools.
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
