Livestreaming Event Operation

Responsibilities and duties
- Plan and launch Live streaming Events ( Online and Offline Events)
- Ensuring everything is in place and within the required time for the Users.
- Responding to Users needs in a timely and professional manner ensuring any issues are escalated where required
- Handling and Posting Social Media
- Educate users and host on the platform to attract more people to join the event and reach the goal

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Live streaming, digital events, IT industry and familiar with Live streaming platforms.
- Previous experience of setting up for events preferable
- Experience in a front facing customer role, result-oriented, good logical thinking.
- Strong execution and good capacity for pressure, and a good sense of communication and co-working.
- Good English, bonus points if you can speak Chinese
