Job Description:To manage, control, and grow licensing and compliance unit services to customers, exceeding customer requirements, in accordance with LBL integrated management process and local government authority requirements. To develop good business relationships for customer retention and with other Government Agencies (OGA) for business unit growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Create New Business Opportunities:Through new inquiries or existing customer base for the sustainability of the business.
Customer Relationship Management:Manage internal and external customer inquiries by providing consultation or recommended effective solutions in a timely manner to achieve customer satisfaction and expectations.
Manage Application Submission:Manage and control the licensing and application process in accordance with company policy, procedures, customer, and other requirements.
Quality Documentation and Process Compliance:Enforce, implement, and control licensing processes in the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with authorities' requirements and alignment with LBL standards.
Budget Control:Review costing per overhead, including setting up standard quotations for all types of inquiries. Ensure P&L for the department is not negative.
Talent Development:Develop and build team capability to support continuous organizational growth.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or other business-related studies.
At least 5 years of working experience in the trade compliance, License Manufacturers Warehouse industry, including indirect tax services.
At least 10 years of working experience in the logistics industry.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Maintain good engagement with internal and external parties.
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
Professional Skills:
Able to practice duties and responsibilities in accordance with systems and work processes. Be proactive, with strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.
Able to work independently under pressure and sustain demanding work environments with a positive mindset.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Logistics ERP systems.
Other Requirements:
Certification of Attendance LMW.
Certified KEK from JKDM.
Other certifications from other OGA.
Able to identify problems, determine root causes, and solve problems.
Ability to exceed company targets and control budgets.
