Localization Project Lead [Translation Industry]

We communicate with CLARITY, express within cultural CONTEXT, and speak with CONVICTION.With a comprehensive suite of services on Business Meetings & Conferences, Business Localization with the latesttranslation technology, and Multilingual Marketing, we enable enterprises to market and communicate effectively in foreign markets.**Major Job Responsibilities/Duties**- Able to lead a team of project leaders and direct department initiatives, including project quality, vendor strategy, delivery service, process improvement, tools improvement and cost management- Work closely with the Management to review and revise team's and individual's performance measurements to drive higher achievement- Review and facilitate customers' feedback and quality evaluation or post-project review if necessary to recommend solution- Liaise with Regional Sales Teams and Clients on managing stakeholders' expectation and communications- Manage project budgets optimally with accountability, preparation and presentation of reports- Co-lead cross-function projects to improve project operations to attain ISO certification**Key Success Factors of our team are**:- Improving project team's capabilities through skills upgrading- Continuously enhancing technology automation and capabilities- Upgrading linguists' competency and productivity**Job Qualifications & Skills Preferred/Required**- Degree holder and above with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in localization/ translation technology industry- Prior experience in team management is important- Familiar with web data formats, HTML, XML, CSV, and digital content management- Multi-tasking, responsible, able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines- Possess strong localization service knowledge, localization technology and process excellence skills to coach and guide the team- High integrity, eager to learn and able to work independently**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,750.00 per month**Experience**:- Project Lead: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Do you read Chinese?
