Position Overview:
The Logistics Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the supply chain and logistics operations of an organization. This position involves coordinating and managing the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure inventory accuracy.
Manage inventory replenishment and maintain stock records in the system.
Shipping and Receiving:
Oversee incoming and outgoing orders to ensure timely delivery.
Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues with logistic partners and in-house drivers.
Administrative Support:
Maintain accurate logistics records, including delivery orders and Good Return Notes.
Update and manage databases related to shipments and orders inside SQL System.
Assist in preparing reports on logistics activities and performance.
Coordination and Communication:
Serve as a liaison between Sales Team, Technical Team, and Logistic Partners.
Coordinate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
Address customer inquiries regarding delivery schedules and shipment statuses.
Important:Must coordinate with the team and respond quickly and accurately.
Requirements:
Proficient with PC and familiar with Microsoft Office.
Ability to read and write in Malay, English, and Chinese (if possible).
